New Mansfield takeaway offering £2 12inch pizzas at grand opening
A new Mansfield takeaway is launching with a bang offering residents 12 inch pizzas for just £2 at the grand opening event.

Independent pizza chain Boss Pizza are celebrating the launch of the new shop in Albert Street with the bargain offer available on Saturday July 4 between 12pm and 2pm.
The new takeaway will be based within the former Pizza Hut and residents are invited to come along and make the most of the offer (strictly one pizza person).
A spokesman for Boss Pizza said: “Mansfield are you ready? The countdown is on. Join us for the Boss Pizza Mansfield grand opening on Saturday 4th July from 12pm–2pm.
“To celebrate, we're serving 12" Margherita, Flamin' Chicken or Pepperoni pizzas for just £2.
“Be there early – this opening offer is available during the event while stocks last. We can't wait to welcome you.”
The firm is also set to open a Nottingham city centre shop taking over a former Pizza Hut in Huntingdon Street, but the opening date has not yet been set.
Both takeaways will create new jobs. Boss Pizza was founded in 2020 after identifying a gap in the market for outlets serving fresh-dough pizza.
There are currently seven Boss Pizza across England and Scotland, including one in Derby, and more to come in locations including Sheffield and Luton.

The firm say the pizzas are 40 per cent larger and 50 per cent cheaper than those of leading brands, even though quality ingredients are still used. Boss Pizza also has a reputation for creating innovative flavours.
Special deals are usually available every day. Prices start at £5 for a nine-inch margarita, rising to £17.99 for a 16-inch meat feast. Sides are also sold, including fries, garlic bread and chicken wings.
