Business Development Manager
Boss Pizza Gallowgate is now part of The Boss Pizza franchise chain.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This position is a Full Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced retail organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations by delivering on our strategic priorities through working with people at almost every level.
The successful candidate will:
• Be educated to degree level.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify more effective marketing strategies.
• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role and be focussed on developing the business.
• Be an effective communicator with strong leadership skills.
Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
• Becoming a subject matter expert on the company’s business, processes and operations.
• Maintaining client, investor and other business relationships.
• Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver operational excellence across all aspects of the business.
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
• Managing and training a business development team.

Hours of work are Mon-Sunday between 16.00pm until 23.00pm, max 30hrs per week, per post.
